Source of Strength and Stability As a Pastoral Team, we are a part of Ministers Fellowship International (MFI). MFI is a Pastors’ association that is based in Portland, Oregon. The founder of MFI, Dick Iverson, is a “Pastor to Pastors” and serves by supporting, watching out for, and holding accountable the Pastors involved. We believe strongly in being accountable to those in authority, and have found MFI to be an incredible source of strength and stability to our Pastors.
